Our Story
How two grassroots club officials decided enough was enough.
CORE Teamwear was founded by Sam and Jon, two grassroots club officials who lived the frustrations every club committee knows.
Overpriced kits. Poor quality that barely lasted a season. Unreliable delivery. Zero visibility on orders. A design process that felt like pulling teeth.
After years of the same problems at their own clubs, they asked: why isn't there a supplier that actually understands grassroots?
So they built one. Not just a kit brand, but a complete system: portal, club shop with commission, order forms, player sizing tools, and team-packaged logistics.

The People Behind CORE

Sam
Sam oversees the day-to-day running of CORE, from business development and club partnerships to building the technology that powers the entire operation. The portal, club shops, order systems, and production tracking were all developed in-house under his lead. A former grassroots club official, he brings first-hand understanding of what clubs actually need.
Jon
Jon manages CORE's financial strategy and heads up manufacturing compliance, making sure every product meets quality and regulatory standards. With a background in grassroots sport and club management, he ensures the business stays financially sound while clubs get the kit quality they deserve.
