No, setting up a club shop is completely free. You only pay for the items ordered. We handle all the tech, hosting, and payments.
How do commissions work?
You choose either a percentage or fixed amount to add per item. Commission is calculated automatically at checkout and paid directly to your club's bank via Stripe Connect. Track everything from your portal.
When do we get paid our commission?
Commission accumulates with each order batch. When a batch is processed, your commission is automatically transferred to your connected Stripe account. No invoicing needed.
Can members add names and numbers?
Yes! Each product can have personalisation fields like name, squad number, and initials. Members fill these in at checkout and every item is produced to their spec.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are batched together for manufacturing. Production typically takes 3-5 weeks, then items are dispatched individually via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Can we control who can access the shop?
Absolutely. Every club shop can be password-protected, so only your members can access it. You choose the password and share it privately.
